This advice on environmental risk is based upon analysis of desktop information, site inspection surveys, appraisal of technical reports and CAPEX plans, in addition to regulatory enquiries and information held in the data room.
We advise on appropriate site exit strategies that maximise value and environmental risk transfer, whilst ensuring the process is completed within a reasonable timescale. We are experienced in the management and rapid delivery of such reports on a variety of property types, from single office buildings to complex, often large-scale property portfolios across the UK. Increasingly, we are instructed to undertake environmental and health & safety audits of properties for landlords, tenants or their insurers to identify environmental risk exposure and mitigation strategies.
