The Environment
As a business, we strive to be sustainable taking into account the effect that our business, clients and contractors have on the environment. We actively seek new and innovative ways to use fewer natural resources, produce less waste, conserve energy and prevent pollution.
Through our consultancy services, we help to prevent water and land pollution and its negative effects on human health and controlled waters.

Our People
At Roberts Environmental Limited, we promote a safe and supportive working environment that values diversity, encourages teamwork, and provides equal opportunities for all employees. We are committed to ensuring that the health, safety, and wellbeing of our staff are prioritised, and that employees are actively involved in matters that influence the direction and success of the business.
Our team currently consists of 15 employees, including 6 women and 9 men, meaning 40% of our workforce is female. This is significantly higher than the construction industry average, where women represent less than 10.9% of employees. We believe that fostering an inclusive workplace helps us attract talented individuals and enables us to benefit from the strengths that a diverse workforce brings.
