Lillie Woods-Curtis

Lillie is an Associate Director at Roberts Environmental Limited and a Chartered Environmental Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She has more than 15 years of experience in the environmental sector, with her technical expertise lying in the assessment of contaminated land.

In the last thirteen years, Lillie has been focussed on providing environmental due diligence advice for the real estate sector, supporting a range of investor and occupier clients (including financial institutions, institutional investors and property companies) on the successful completion of transactions (acquisition, divestment and refinancing) of single and portfolio assets across the UK. Drawing on her experience in the sector Lillie is fully aware of the evolving needs of Clients and the need for robust, concise environmental reporting against investment critical criteria to ensure investment strategies are met.
