Sofie Stikbakke

Sofie is a Geo-Environmental Consultant at Roberts Environmental Ltd. She holds undergraduate degrees in Earth and Environmental Science from Lancaster University and in Electronics and Computer Science from the University of Oslo. Since beginning her professional career at REL in 2024, Sofie has developed hands-on experience in site investigations, including soil surveys, and contributions to geotechnical and environmental reporting. Through her work, she continues to develop her expertise in site evaluation and risk analysis, while becoming increasingly confident in delivering high-quality technical insights. Sofie is deeply passionate about the environment and has a strong appreciation for the fundamental role soil plays in climate regulations and long-term environmental resilience. Driven by a commitment to sustainability, Sofie aims to deliver thoughtful, responsible insights that support sustainable and effective land management, all while continuing to strengthen her expertise within the geo-environmental sector.
